No need to be scared: You need to ask your doctor to investigate the cause of low sugar. If he does not know what to do, then ask to be seen by an endocrinologist who is a specialist in endocrine disorders. A simple ct scan of the abdomen will be the first step to look at your pancreas and liver to look for an insulinoma. Good luck.

Low risk: If you had a normal sugar (100) and this happened after a meal and some work, it is more likely something in your meal triggered excessive Insulin release. Work with your doc to sort this out. The condition reactive hypoglycemia is a real one and much more common than an insulinoma.
