PMS: Symptoms you are refering are those of pms or premenstrual syndrome vs pmdd a more severe form of pms. There are multiple therapies for pms including oral contracetives and others. Discuss this with your obgyn , this is very common for your age group. He/she will rule out other medical conditions as well causing similar symptoms.
