Panic: Hi, try to think of a basic set of feelings that we feel are in innate. The list is anger , fear , distress, disgust, shame , interest, joy and surprise. Rate yourself on a scale of 0 to 10 for all of these. If any of the more unsettling ones are above five see if you can lower the number ;what's causing your anger? What's causing your fear?http://www.brianlynchmd.com/twelve/12stepsemotionhealth.htm.

Fear feeling afraid?: Recommend a careful, expert re-assessment of ur symptoms. Anxiety takes many forms ; is assoc w/different mental health conditions. Remember: anxiety/fear/panic r registered in primitive brain circuits that respond more 2action than talk. Behavioral therapies-like exposure therapy-along w/efforts 2 a) motivate u 2seek out situations u fear/avoid; ; b) 2actually face ur fears head on, may b key 4u.
