Neither : One should never use two condoms. That is a bad idea and often makes them not work. Having sex for the first time can often be awkward and challenging. Babies fit out of vaginas. They will accommodate a penis. A sexual lubricant like astro glide often makes things easier as well as increased foreplay. Consider birth control to avoid an accidental pregnancy.
