Most likely not: Using barriers such as condoms, dams, and gloves correctly, every time during sex and being the insertive rather than receptive partner makes your risk small. Couples where one is hiv+ and the other hiv- have vaginal, anal, and oral sex for years without the negative partner converting. Get tested for hiv/stds one month after the contact. Check with your public health department about testing.
