UTI?: These symptoms are most suggestive of a urinary tract infection. A urinalysis as well as a urine culture should be obtained and then start on empiric therapy with perhaps Ciprofloxacin but if you are nursing then probably Keflex or duracef. You should also push fluids and perhaps take cranberry juice or tablets and for symptom relief over-the-counter Azo or Pyridium (phenazopyridine) it's not nursing.
