A member asked:

Needle pain in lower left abdomen to the back. pus cells 1-2/hpf. renal cells: occasional. bacteria: few. mucus thread: many. possible diagnosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"pinched nerve": Your urinalysis is not showing a good cause such as an infection or a stone (no blood) the quality of pain seems more like a nerve radiating from the back to the front, a little higher on the back lower on the front. Movement may exacerbate the pain or discomfort. But, this impression is without examining you. Go have an exam done and clarify it. It would be more reassuring.
