Vertigo: The sensors in your ear can make you feel swaying depending on nerves touches when the fluid moves, this is known as vertigo. On the other hand, there is that sense in our cerebellum of some movement and some are just more sensitive than others, and exaggerated when we are not doing anything depending on vibrations sensed.
