Widespread pain: Fibromyalgia is a clinical syndrome of persistent waxing/waning widespread pain, stiffness, fatigue, non-restful sleep, and some cases with cognitive difficulty. Often having symptoms of anxiety/depression and some impairment of daily activities due to pain and fatigue etc... It typically presents in young or middle aged women, but this is seen in men too...
