Widespread pain: Fibromyalgia is a clinical syndrome of persistent waxing/waning widespread pain, stiffness, fatigue, non-restful sleep, and some cases with cognitive difficulty. Often having symptoms of anxiety/depression and some impairment of daily activities due to pain and fatigue etc... It typically presents in young or middle aged women, but this is seen in men too... See your doc--good luck.
