Possibly: The only way to know for sure if a bleeding pattern is due to pregnancy, is to have a pregnancy test. They are easy to obtain, over the counter, and highly accurate. It doesn't sound like it from the bleeding you describe, but if you're worried take a test, then you'll know for sure.
