A few ideas: How do you know it's not a yeast infection? Sometimes the microscopic exams doctors do, have a false negative result (about 30% of the time). Did you try otc anti-fungal and it didn't work? I would try some and see if it helps. Otherwise, pain syndromes, like vulvodynia can cause unprovoked pain and itching in the vulva and vagina. A lesion can cause too. Get check by gyn to make sure okay.
