Medicine: Nausea, vomiting, food aversion and a heightened sense of smell are almost universal symptoms of early pregnancy. Fortunately there are several medications that can help. Diclegis, zofran, Reglan and Phenergan (promethazine) are commonly used and can be prescribed by her doctor.
