Many possibilities: Itchy bump could be many things including an insect bite, cyst, acne, skin cancer, foreign body reaction, scar/keloid, benign tumor. It should be seen by a dermatologist who can give you an accurate diagnosis and possibly recommend a biopsy and appropriate treatment if necessary.
