Yes: There are a lot of natural blood thinners but most of these don't have the studies to support their use.

No: They are certainly not a substitute for blood thinners ((e.g. Coumadin, (warfarin) pradaxa, etc.) & "natural" supplements are not regulated by the fda. Please don't do this. I had 2 patients who did against my medical advice in the past year who had strokes!
