Std testing: Although it is considered an uncommon way to get a sexually transmitted infection, you can get testing soon after any possible exposure and then again in 2-3 months if you are worried. Of course, anyone should be tested if there are any unusual symptoms or visible changes in the genital area.

Oral sex ; STDs: Chlamydia and ginorrhea usually show symptoms within five days of exposure. Oral sex is a high risk for these two common stds. I always point out in these questions that there are twelve common stds. Sexually active adults need or should know their names and how they are prevented and when to test.
