Have it checked out: Lymph nodes that are swollen and painful constantly may be a reflection of chronic infection. The enlarged lymph nodes may also be a manifestation of lymphoma which is a type of cancer that affects the white blood cells and is localized to the lymph nodes. This should be evaluated by your doctors.
