I am 33 and have blurry vision, vertigo, chronic pain, controlled hypertension. brain mri shows nonspecific white matter changes. what could it mean?

Non specific finding: White matter changes could be a sign of multiple sclerosis, lupus, migraine headaches, small strokes, vasculitis, cerebritis, or a normal variant. This type if change has to be evaluated based on the location in the brain and your clinical problems. It is really best interpreted by your own physician.

Unclear: Workup for lupus, neurologic and vascular diseases would be appropriate.
