Very unlikely: It is possible to get colon cancer at the age of 21 but extremely unlikely. Colon cancer screening generally starts at the age of 50, unless there is a history of colon cancer in your family.

Yes: Unfortunately, it is possible to have colon cancer at ages starting as early as 15, .Though that is very rare. Usually younger patients that have colon cancer have a very strong family history of colon cancer from a variety of genetic diseases.
