No: I don't think that is possible. I believe the statistic that would make sense is that: 0.6% of colon cancer patients are in that age group. The percent from the general population should be much much smaller.

NO! 0.06% in 10 yrs: According to the cdc the risk of a 30 year old male developing colon cancer in the next 10 years is only 0.06% or 6 in 10, 000! please see the stats for yourself @ http://www.Cdc.Gov/cancer/colorectal/statistics/age.Htm.
