Probably no allergie: Most patients with excema are not specifically allergic to something. This is a problem that can be inherited and while it is treatable is not curable. It is usually treated with topical cortisone creams, moisturizers, mild soaps and sometimes bleach baths or oral antibiotics. You need to see a dermatologist for proper treatment.
