Eosophagus: It could several possibilities from reflux to allergy to certain foods. It could be irritation of the voice box or tachea. Rarely there could be communication between the eosopahgus and trachea (windpipe). Sometime there is a release of histamine causing airway to spasm. This condition is called eosinophilic esophagitis. I recommend you follow up with your provider for further evaluation.
