Probably not: If she has had her dtaps then she does not need one.... Tetanus usually occurs after deep drty wounds...A tack may not have penetrated deep enough....But it does not matter if she has had dtap.

Tetanus shot: Not unless she hasnt had a series if three or four baby shots or DPT which stand for diphtheria, pertussis or whooping cough and tetanus.
