Implants: See a prosthodontist and find out about implant options. At our implant center (by design implant center) we extract the remaining teeth and place implants the same day and place fixed temporary teeth on the implants the same day.These are in place for 3 months, while healing proceeds, and then we move ahead with the final fixed teeth. One surgical event and fixed teeth - not dentures- in one day.
