Yes you can: But the strips won't get it any lighter as porcelain is not porous like natural teeth. If you want to get your porcelain veneer lighter , you have to change it, see your dentist for options.

Definitely, no: You cannot whiten the veneers as the porcelain will not change color. If you want them whiter or different shade, you would need to have them replaced. Take care.
