Call dentist: One cannot diagnose your specific problem without physically examining the tooth and a radiograph of the area. Should it be treated or extracted? Secondary tooth underneath or implant and crown? Can't tell what is proper for you with such little info to go on. Please call a local dentist for a consultation.
