Depends: What is it damaged from? If theres decay, you need restorative work. If its staining, then whiten with hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. If theres broken teeth, reconstruction may be necessary. Best get an evaluation done to determine the cause. Then treatment can be recommended.
