Unusual: Bleeding from a tooth is highly unusual. In fact, it is so unusual that you want to make sure it is (or it is not) bleeding from the tooth. Bleeding from a tooth only occurs commonly during treatment when removal of diseased tooth structure involves live root canal system. Please see a dentist to clarify this. Oral bacteria infect the body via bleeding spots--they are portal to systemic infection.
