Discuss your options: There are lots of different materials and methods to whiten teeth. Start by going to a dentist to discuss your options. Some dentist perform in-office methods and others fabricate custom trays and supply whitening gel for you to apply at home. Btw, 'fastest' is not always the best long term solution and may have higher costs for a single visit while the take home tray method can be reused.
