IUD: A little blood after a sucesful iud placement can be normal. There are three different iuds in the market so far. Two with hormones and one with no hormones. Depending on which one you have , the iud with hormones can cause some abnormal bleeding at the begining. See your obgyn as scheduled to confirm correct postion of iud.
