Track your symptoms: First, write down as best you can the specifics of your symptoms daily. What are the symptoms? When are they at their worst? How frequent are they? On a scale of 1-10 how severe are they during these periods? Do any particular circumstances seem to trigger the depressive feelings? How long have you had the symptoms? Then, with this information in hand, met with your dr and tell them everything.
