Yes. Tried local Dr?: How long have you felt depressed? Have you tried talking to a family member, close friend, or a member of your church? Have you tried talking with a doctor or therapist in your country? That may be best for you, and you can try medications if needed. Depression: Therapy works best in person. While I understand many have difficulty with the idea of being seen in person, from emailing one cannot see body language, facial expression, and they cannot hear vocal intonation. If at all possible, be seen in person, for the best chance at proper care.
