Yes...: By brushing your teeth with a Fluoride toothpaste and using a Fluoride rinse. It will slow the progression. Brush three times a day as well. If you can get the dentist to place some Fluoride varnish, that can also help.

Follow instructions: See dentist for regular exams and cleaning. Keep mouth scrupulously clean by following dentist's directions. Avoid acidic/sugary/starchy foods. Use Fluoride toothpaste and/or mouthwash. It's all the same stuff they taught your in elementary school. There are no shortcuts, otc's, or tricks that will work. Comes down to good old fashioned personal responsibility. Call your dentist for help.
