How do you heal cuts in your mouth?

Clean and protect it: The gums heal quickly if cleaned our well and covered clean out the cuts with chlorhexadine , or mouthwash like listerine and cover with an ointment which protects the area from more trauma. Kenalog (triamcinolone) is good for that and allows faster healing.
