A member asked:

What can i do to strengthen the enamel in my teeth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Consider this: 1) reduce or be mindful of acid containing foods (citrus, sodas, etc) 2) immediately rinse your mouth with water after having acid foods to neutralize 3) meticulous and consistent oral hygiene (accurate brushing ; flossing) 4) see your dentist regularly (at least twice per year) 5) consider re-mineralization using mi paste or novamen 6) talk to your dentist for other suggestions.
