Pseudobulbar affect: While our culture has suggested that real men don't cry, it's normal to show emotions (we're not Vulcans, after all), including crying when talking about sensitive stuff. But if your crying is disproportionate to sensitivity and/or inappropriate to topic, then you may be describing pseudobulbar affect.
