Speak to your doctor: Discuss with your doctor how you are doing currently on whatever med you are taking and whether going up on the med would make sense for you. Please don't make changes in your dose of medication without discussing first with your doctor. Try to share as much as you can about how you are feeling so that your doc has as much info as necessary to understand how come you think you should up your dose!
