Blood clot: If you are having no pain, keep the area clean and free of debris, as per the post-op instructions from your oral surgeon. If you are having increased or prolonged pain, or if you are concerned about a dry socket ( which causes severe pain), contact your oral surgeon for advice and/or an examination.

Nothing except: Nothing except follow previous instructions from oral surgeon. you may be more prone to dry socket. If it becomes more painful - likely dry socket - see oral surgeon for assessment.
