Help i had teeth pulled about a month ago and the sheet they gave me said not smoke because of my gums is this true?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Smoking: It is a reasonable recommendation to limit or restrict the amount of smoke that enters a mouth for obvious health reasons. It has been documented that less smoke is better for not only gum health but also for over all health.
