Oral cancer: Eventually prob something will need to be cut out. Especially if you also drink alcohol and gave been exposed to hpv. That takes a blood test to check.

Studies vary: In some, it's less than a 1% chance. It depends some on the type of snuff, and other studies do suggest a higher risk. Still, if you can quit, you're doing yourself a favor.
