Yes you can: Talk to your dentist about this. You will be able to whiten your teeth while you are wearing your retainer. This is quite done quite frequently.

Depends: You only have to wear "clear retainers" to whiten teeth if using a gel that requires a suitable container to hold the whitening gel in place for extended time. If you use the "in office" system, you'll be in the office during the procedure that won't require the clear trays. If using over the counter strips, no tray is needed either.

Yes: Best to wait a few months after braces removed to allow teeth to fully remineralize before whitening. Most effective whitening isn't OTC, it's provided by your General Dentist.

Yes you can: Typically whitening procedures only takes a short amount of time (30min, 1 hour) and you certainly can do whitening and then go back to the retainer.
