St. John's wort: St. John's wort cannot be used as a substitute for root canal therapy, if that is what you are asking.

Emphatic no: Don't waste your time and treasure. To treat an infected nerve chamber of a tooth requires physically removing all of the infected contents, in other words--root canal treatment. We know that traditional treatment works...Go for it.
