Get help: I would reccommend that you enlist some helpers and discuss your problem and ask for their help to keep you on track.

Will power?: Despite best intentions, it is difficult to hold one's self accountable when it comes to eating disorders. This is not a sign of weakness at all and you do not have to suffer in silence. Help is readily available. You may need the assistance of trained clinicians. Speak with a physician, psychologist or nutritionist as soon as possible.
