I've read that an ingredient in chocolate works better than fluoride, is there any truth to this?

Chocolate: Let's emphasize that, when reading any articles, pay attention to words like "might be better", "could mean", etc. The recent research that studied positive effects on compounds from cocoa is a curious one; especially its potential in mineralizing (strengthening) the enamel, like Fluoride does. This does not mean eating chocolate is better or same as getting fluoride. The truth is in the future.
