Probable gastritis: Alcohol is a toxin to the GI tract and can present with inflammation of the lining to the point of bleeding. The black flecks is what us doctors call 'coffee grounds' or old, digested blood. It would be best to abstain from alcohol use for the time being and use an otc antacid like Pepcid (famotidine) or Prilosec for a few days until you start feeling better.
