No: Breast cancer usually not associated with pain. You need mammogram and ultrasound. You may have breast cyst.

Breast pain: Usually breast pain is cyclical pain changing with the menstrual period, not cancer behind nipples, do you have nipple discharge, specifically fluid coming out of the nipples on its own without you squeezing? If yes you need to go see a doctor.
