Symptoms: Symptoms of environmental allergies are sneezing, nasal congestion, itching, runny nose and frequent eye itch/redness. Symptoms can occur during a particular season, year round or intermittently (pet allergy). Food allergies typical present with hives, itching, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. That occurs typically on each exposure to the food.
