Probably not: Sometimes abnormal beats ca n become more frequent with poor circulation in the heart. (from blood vessel disease or diabetes), but often it is a benign condition that never causes you trouble.

May: If you have pvcs please make sure that you see a cardiologist to rule out structural heart disease by echocardiogram and coronary artery disease by stress test. Please check your electrolytes as abnormal electrolytes may give you pvcs.
