Sore wrist: Head to the nearest er or dr office and have x-rays done to make sure nothing is broken can have trainers tape the wrist for cheering. Physical therapy helps if covered through insurance.

See your PCP if not-: Getting better with rice: rest, ice application, compression bandage and elevation ( like in a sling or across your chest) over 2-3 days. You'll need an xray. You probably hit against something or someone ; most likely causing yourself a bruise/sprain lig. You should take Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) (if no allergies or side effects) to help. Hot pack might also be beneficial. If no better see pcp.
