Is it possible to damage my eye if a flash light flashes for a second every five seconds for a minute? (10 times at day)

Depends on light: Most flash lights are of sufficiently low overall intensity that this should be no problem. If predictable, and annoying how about some sunglass as a protection. Any why is this occurring anyway? Is this part of an experiment or is it your job?
