Genetics disease : It depends on the cause of esrd. Some are genetic like polycysytic kidney diseases, in which case we can predict the odds of disease for the seconds child. If the cause is an anatomic problem, or a secondary kidney problem from drug effects, heart disease, diabetes and so on, the chances for the second child is no more than that of that of the average person.
